Pour into this thirsty vessel
your mulberry mirth
into my heart
Spring's warm sun
an orchestra of
orchid bloom
through a trail of satin
soothing perse
my fingers follow unimpeded
the cascading curls of lilac curtain and
your amethyst scent
lit periwinkle blushing crescent
across your smile
from your lips in lavender wine spills
into mine
plume magenta of concourse lace
sweep me away
fits and tangles
and all
this heart in heliotropic cyclone
slips
a violent skid
a violet vision
in purple hope
that her holy ghost
visits me tonight.
